*The Oxford Rotary Board of Directors reaffirms that the Hefner Fund is not a committee of the Oxford Rotary Club, rather an independent board of trustees that carries out the goals and objectives of the Hefner Fund.  The Hefner Fund Board communicates to Rotary through the Community Service Director.
